Contact Information The Humboldt Bay Area Bike Map was produced by the Redwood Community Action Agency Natural Resources Division under contract with the North Coast Air Quality Management Board. Natural Resources Services Division of RCAA Redwood Community Action Agency (RCAA) is a private non-profit organization dedicated to developing community self-sufficiency in Humboldt County of northern California. For over twenty-two years, the Natural Resources Services Division (NRS) of RCAA has helped private landowners, government agencies, timber and fisheries industries, and community-based groups to improve the quality and productivity of north coast natural resources. Natural Resources Services, with a grant from NCUAQMD, created this map as a resource for those interested in bicycling for transportation.
North Coast Unified Air Quality Management District North Coast Unified Air Quality Management District is a regional governing authority that has primary responsibility for controlling air pollution from stationary sources. The North Coast Unified Air Quality Management District is comprised of three counties: Humboldt, Del Norte, and Trinity, located in the far northwestern portion of California. Creation of the Humboldt Bay Area Bike Map was funded by AB2766, a vehicle emissions reduction program. The map is owned and copyrighted by both NCUAQMD and RCAA.
