Redwood Community
Action Agency (RCAA) is a private non-profit organization dedicated
to developing community self-sufficiency in Humboldt County of northern
California. For over twenty-two years, the Natural Resources Services
Division (NRS) of RCAA has helped private landowners, government
agencies, timber and fisheries industries, and community-based groups
to improve the quality and productivity of north coast natural resources.
Natural Resources Services, with a grant from NCUAQMD,
created this map as a resource for those interested in bicycling
for transportation.

Coast Unified Air Quality Management District
North Coast
Unified Air Quality Management District is a regional governing
authority that has primary responsibility for controlling air pollution
from stationary sources. The North Coast Unified Air Quality Management
District is comprised of three counties: Humboldt, Del Norte, and
Trinity, located in the far northwestern portion of California.
Creation of the Humboldt Bay Area Bike Map was funded by AB2766,
a vehicle emissions reduction program. The map is owned and copyrighted
by both NCUAQMD and RCAA.
